We all have made the "new year new me" resolutions countless times and countless times we have failed to follow through. From "no more drinking" to "summer body goals" (current one of mines lol) we've all said what we wanted to do for the year. But how many of us have only said goals to feel good about wanting somewhat of a change or just using New Year's resolutions as small talk amongst friends? I'm sure we've all accomplished one goal we set for a temporary time and it felt good. After some time though, we went back to same habit we kicked away and now kick it with. This New Year's resolution deserve our full cooperation and attention, just to say we actually stuck with something in our lives. So instead of setting so many goals let's focus on setting good intentions and following through with our goals to insure they are fulfilled this year. Accomplishing our goals not only secures more success in our lives but gives a good feeling of self accompaniments which leads to self love. So if you love yourself, accomplish your goals!


Ways of reaching goals

  1. Write down your goals

    1. Makes them 33% more likely to succeed

    2. You can also write them on basil leaves and burn them afterwards (words are that powerful)

  2. Make a vision board

    1. Seeing your goals makes a huge difference than just daydreaming about them

  3. Keep track of progress

    1. If you feel discouraged on a rainy day look at the progress you've made to keep you motivated

  4. Reward yourself

    1. Treat yo self boo! Your hard work is paying off, keep going.
